NFL Week 17 Picks

Bucs at Falcons (Sunday 1pm)
The Bucs quit a long time ago.
Winner: Falcons

Jets at Bills (Sunday 1pm)
Ditto.  For Jets, see Bucs above. Even if Mark Sanchez is back at QB.
Winner: Bills

Ravens at Bengals (Sunday 1pm)
Both teams locked into playoffs spots even though it’s possible that the Ravens move up to #3 with a Patriots loss to Miami.
Winner: Bengals

Bears at Lions (Sunday 1pm)
Must win for Chicago. Must not put forth a big effort for Lions.
Winner: Bears

Texans at Colts (Sunday 1pm)
Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is back on the sidelines for the first time since being diagnosed with leukemia. There isn’t much more motivation needed for Indy, is there?
Winner: Colts

Panthers at Saints (Sunday 1pm)
If you take away the first 6 weeks of the season, these two teams would be in the hunt for the tournament.
Winner: Saints

Eagles at Giants (Sunday 1pm)
Oh, the list of disappointments in this game is long my friends!
Winner: Giants

Browns at Steelers (Sunday 1pm)
It might be Josh Johnson at QB for Cleveland.  Enough said.
Winner: Steelers

Jaguars at Titans (Sunday 1pm)
There’s no stopping the Jaguars on their quest to the league’s #2 pick.
Winner: Titans

Chiefs at Broncos (Sunday 4:25pm)
A Broncos win and a Texans loss gives Denver the #1 seed in the AFC.  This one should be over by the 2nd quarter.
Winner: Broncos

Packers at Vikings (Sunday 4:25pm)
Will Adrian Peterson get the NFL Rushing Record (needs 208 yards)? Will the Packers hang on to the 2nd seed? Will the Vikings make the playoffs? Yes – Yes = No.
Winner: Packers

Dolphins at Patriots (Sunday 4:25pm)
If the Texans lose earlier in the day, the Patriots will go all out.  If they don’t, we’ll call this preseason game #5.
Winner: Patriots

Raiders at Chargers (Sunday 4:25pm)
Be thankful you don’t have to watch this one.
Winner: Chargers

Cardinals at 49ers (Sunday 4:25pm)
The 49ers need this after a listless last Sunday night in Seattle.
Winner: 49ers

Rams at Seahawks (Sunday 4:25pm)
CB Richard Sherman wins his Aderall appeal with the NFL.  EVERYTHING is going Seattle’s way these days.
Winner: Seahawks

Cowboys at Redskins (Sunday 8:20pm)
Can you say deja vu Dallas? One year ago, the Cowboys went to the Giants with the NFC East Title on the line.  The more things change, the more they stay the same.
Winner: Redskins

Last week: 11-5
Season: 157-82-1
