NBA on TNT Schedule – Special Tuesday Edition with Celtics/Knicks

TNT’s NBA Thursday Doubleheader Highlighted by Potential Eastern Conference Finals Preview – Miami at Chicago at 8 p.m. (ET)

The NBA on TNT will feature a Thursday doubleheader, April 12, highlighted by the Miami Heat and LeBron James visiting the Chicago Bulls in a potential Eastern Conference Finals preview at 8 p.m. (ET). The second game on TNT will include the defending champion Dallas Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki against the Golden State Warriors at 10:30 p.m. (ET), with the Warriors trying to spoil the Mavericks’ playoff hopes.

Marv Albert (play-by-play) will call the Miami/Chicago contest along with analysts Mike Fratello and Steve Kerr with Craig Sager handling reporting duties. Calling the action between Dallas and Golden State will be Kevin Harlan (play-by-play) along with Reggie Miller (analyst) and reporter Cheryl Miller. Following the second game, Inside the NBA presented by Hyundai – with Ernie Johnson (host), Charles Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal and Kenny Smith (analysts) – will recap the night’s action.

Through 35 games, TNT’s NBA coverage continues to deliver double-digit gains versus last year’s corresponding coverage. The NBA on TNT is averaging a 1.7 U.S. HH rating (+13% vs. 1.5 U.S. HH rating); 1,958,000 households (+10% vs. 1,784,000 households) and 2,578,000 viewers (+8% vs. 2,377,000 viewers) over last year. The top five NBA regular-season games on cable have all aired on TNT.
