TNT Thursday Doubleheader Features NBA Finals Rematch as the

Defending Champion Dallas Mavericks Travel to South Beach and Take on the Miami Heat (8 p.m. ET)

Los Angeles Lakers Host Oklahoma City Thunder in Game Two on TNT (10:30 p.m. ET)

The NBA on TNT gets back into action on Thursday, March 29, with doubleheader action beginning at 8 p.m. (ET). Game One features a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals with the defending NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki visiting LeBron James and the Miami Heat in South Beach. Game Two of the evening at 10:30 p.m. (ET) will showcase Western Conference foes as Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers lay out the ‘welcome mat’ to 2012 All-Star MVP Kevin Durant and his Oklahoma City Thunder teammates at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by AutoTrader.com with Ernie Johnson (host), Shaquille O’Neal, Dennis Scott and Brent Barry (analysts) will precede Game One of the night with a special one-hour pregame show beginning at 7 p.m. (ET).

Game One will have Kevin Harlan (play-by-play) courtside along with analyst Reggie Miller and reporter Craig Sager. The second game of the night will have Marv Albert (play-by-play) calling the game with analyst Mike Fratello and reporter Cheryl Miller. Following the second game, Inside the NBA presented by Hyundai with Johnson (host), O’Neal, Scott and Barry (analysts ) will recap the night’s action.

Through 31 games, TNT’s NBA coverage continues to deliver double-digit gains vs. last year’s corresponding coverage. The NBA on TNT is averaging a 1.7 U.S. HH rating (+13% vs. 1.5 U.S. HH rating); 2,594,000 total viewers (+11% vs. 2,338,000 total viewers) and 1,963,000 households (+12% vs. 1,760,000 households) over last year’s corresponding coverage. The Top 5 NBA regular-season games on cable have all aired on TNT.
